Barn Rentals

To reserve the Barn, please follow these 3 steps:

1-Select the date on the calendar below

2-Fill out the form below

3-Complete payment using our Paypal checkout.  After completing the form and pressing “send,” you will see a button to complete payment through PayPal. Your booking will be deleted unless you complete payment. If you have questions or difficulty with payment, contact Adam at (email monitored M-F 8am-3pm). 

You will receive an email before your event with an access code that will unlock the barn the day of your rental.

Note that the Barn is available for rental March through December 7AM-9PM. We are closed for the winter in January and February. Alcohol is not permitted on the park premises and candles cannot be used on site.

The rental fee covers a 6hr event and a volunteer on call during that time to answer questions. The Barn space is avaialble between 7am and 9pm, if you need access beyond your 6hr event window, please specify in the notes section below. While renters may access the space to setup before or after their event time, the volunteer will only be available during the event time:

The daily rental rate for the Barn is $175.

Public Events

Is your event open to the general public? (required)
 Yes- My event is open to the general public No- My event is private and not open to the general public

Examples of public events are craft shows, chicken BBQ fundraisers, etc.

If your event is open to the public, there are 2 additional requirements:

1-You must obtain a permit from the Strasburg Borough office (free of charge) no less than 30 days prior to your event. Call 687-7732.
2-You must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Strasburg Borough and The Strasburg Jaycee Park as additional insured parties. This can typically be done through your insurance provider and typically at a minimal or no additional expense.

A copy of the special events permit & liability insurance must be emailed to Adam ( at least 2 weeks prior to your event. These details will be in your confirmation email as well.


Renter is responsible for policing and cleaning the areas they use, and disposing of all trash in the containers. Renter is responsible for any damage to grounds and equipment caused by their event. There is a 50% cancellation fee if the event is cancelled 24 hours before the start time. If an event is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, there will be no refund. Alcohol is not permitted on park premises.
